93 Range rover rain out of gas, and now with gas it won't start. Does it have anything to do with the fact that when it ran out of gas the person kept pushing on the exhilarator?

Hi, you can try to clean the fuel filter. Perhaps there is also moisture in the motor or ignition distributor.
