screen doesn't include word to left of word safari
my macbook pro screen does not show the buttons to the left of the green button on second, nor does it include anything to the left of the word safari.
what to do?

How about taking a screenshot and posting it here for us to see. But before you post it compare it to the screen it may look correct! In that case take a picture with a digital camera/phone and paste both! Go into edit mode in you question and click on the far right icon of the tools set.
