I have a problem I can not figure out how to solve. When I turn on the smartphone takes the signal for 1 second and then appear the notification "restricted access changed" and the signal is not working more , I tried to set only 2g , 3g only , but nothing seems to work. I tried to make updates and wipe but nothing , how can I understand the problem ?

My smartphone is Oneplus One Chinese version. i tried 2 Wind Ita and one 3 ita.

If it gives signal but giving error (not register on network) than its blocked.

The signal works a second and maximum five seconds and then appears the notification.

Hi, Have you tried your SIM card in another phone to see if it works? Have you tried another known working SIM card in your phone to see if it works?

I tried to enter my sim in other phones and it works and I quote sim of other operators . With my brother sim is 3 ita but the signal comes TIM ita and the signal does not disappear but if I try to call out I wrote " not available cellular network . "

Is your phone locked to a different network? Maybe that is why your bother's SIM does not work in your phone but it does show the networks.
It may be that your SIM card has a problem with your phone only. It is not unknown, different thickness card different pressure on the SIM card reader contacts etc. Try to get a replacement SIM card for your phone and see how it goes..

ok now do I replace the sim with a new one, the two wind ita are cut instead of that of my brother 3 ita is original micro-sim.

I changed the sim with a new but no change , that of my girlfriend has the same operator wind IT and setting 3g and 2g works. But if I change the network settings even with his sim I have to reboot to get back the signal. currently I use OxygenOS 2.1.4.
