irulu tablet insuffient space error.

hello i just purchased an irulu tablet which i had no issues with until i started downloading apps.i think i downloaded 4 apps and a notice now pops up on top of screen and i can no longer download apps so i got an sd card for more storage but when i try and move apps to sd it says they share the same storge and does not give me the option is there something i can do to make my sd card the primary download location or move apps over any help is welcome thank you for reading,jose.
