Why is my 2000 GMC YukonDenali starts but will not stay running
My 2000 GMC Yukon Denali will start but will not stay running. Plus, it it sits for a few days without running, the battery will go dead. what could the problem be?

You may have a wire shorted to power. That will drain your battery. It may cause the running problem also, depending on where the wire is. You need to test for a battery draw. Depending on how much is being drawn will help to give you an area to start looking. The bigger the draw; the more a short will affect the computer. The more the affect on the computer; the more likely a running issue would be caused by a short.
