My oral b 5000 does not charge
after 2 years by Oral B 5000 does not charge. Where can I send it to be replaced? I watched some youtube videos but I don't have the tools or confidence to dissect the problem. Can someone please help

Call customer service at call at (800) 566-7252,
Have the brush and charger at hand to give them numbers off it.
