Why is my charge light not coming on?
When the phone is placed on the base, it doesn’t indicate that it is charging.

First, make sure that the power can get to the phone. Try unplugging everything, wait a minute then plug it all back in. Next, try checking the battery. If the battery is defective, that will cause issues with the charge light. If that doesn’t work, then maybe there is dirt or dust in the charger for the handset. If there is, then wipe it off and then try connecting the phone.
