Why it prints color and not black ink with new hp cartridge

I tried the clean printer head option in tools on printer. Replaced ink cartridge reads ink full. Prints as if it is printing but blank.

Did you replace both the black and the color cartridges because they are separate cartridges there's one for black and one for color
