Screws from an iPhone 4's case on an iPhone 5s' case?

In the process of closing up what's destined to be my daughter's iPhone 5s, one of the 3.9mm Pentalobe-headed screws which fasten the devices case disappeared.

I'm wondering if the missing screw can be replaced using the analogous screw from an iPhone 4. (Pentalobe or otherwise.)

Thanks, in advance for sharing information about the interchangeability of screws for iPhones.
