farberware electric percolator is falling apart!
The plastic base of my farberware electric coffee pot is detaching from its metal container. What can I use to re-attach it? Is there an adhesive that would work permanently?

The base attaches with a threaded rod, a washer, a locking washer and a nut -- its in the center of the base. Perhaps these are missing?

Hi,
How old is your percolator? According to this link, when you click on 'more info' for a percolator and then click on specifications for the percolator it says "2 years limited warranty". If you are within that time contact them regarding repair/replacement. I think that the 'limited' warranty implies for example that if you use it for commercial use as opposed to domestic use the warranty does not apply for that length of time and for other such reasons. Sorry if you know this.
