I can't hear so clearly when I talk on the phone

I can't hear so clearly when i talk on the phone, the sound is very faint, I have increase the volume to the max.

Hi,
Have you tried using earphones (with the microphone attached)? If you can hear normally when making a call then it proves that the voice receiving circuitry in the phone is OK and that you have either a loose or faulty receiver
