So I can not get my earphones to work, I can't figure it out or I'm just that stupid. LOL And yes they were plugged in , LOL And the earphones work worked great with my other tablet.

Hi,
First, do the tab's speakers work when you do not have the earphones plugged in? If not check the sound settings.
I know you said earphones work in another device. Just to prove things try a different set of earphones in your tab. If they don't work then your earphone socket is either faulty or has become disconnected off the board.
You could try just very gently moving the plug side to side or up and down while it is in the socket and see if you get any sound. If so it possibly proves a loose connection.

Thank you so much! OK now have you ever sent any to be fixed? I have a problem with not being able to take it back a getting another one. I hate buying something just to find out that something not right and the inconvenience.

Under Settings > Accessibility > Hearing there are two setting you may wish to check.
Left/right sound balance: Set the device to adjust the sound balance when using a headset.

TRY USING USB TYPE C PLUG TO 3.5mm EAR PHONE ADAPTER (£4) IN THE CHARGING PORT OF THE TABLET. IT WORKS FOR ME, ACCEPT THE SELF CONFIGURATION PROMPT WHEN FIRST USING IT.
