the bottom of the electric tea kettle is functioning well but when i put it on it does not work .. the cord is working well.. how can i rectify this kettle ??
loel, are you the original poster of this question? By flip button, are you referring to the "On" switch? Does your kettle function by plugging it into electrical
outlet and switch the kettle to the “On” position. The power indicator light
will illuminate, showing that the kettle is heating up. When the water has
boiled, the kettle will shut off automatically. You may also shut the kettle off
at any time by moving the “on/off” switch to the off position.
