High pitched buzz in top right corner
After about 15 minutes of running, my Surface develops a high-pitched buzzing sound towards the top-right corner, any ideas? Seems like it's linked to either the fan or processor...

You may want to try running compressed air through the fans both forward and backward as the vibration is probably dust buildup on the fan that's throwing it out of balance. Hope this helps

Thanks - this has definitely helped, however there is still a noise. It takes longer to appear, is quieter and lasts less time but it's still there. Any further advice or shall I keep spraying?
If you want to be really ambitious you can take the tablet apart and clean the fans but this is really involved process
