Loose connection internally - display flickers & goes off

I have a Nexus 7 - 2nd generation, which I love. However, a couple of days ago I dropped it. Somewhat lucky in that it is in a case, and dropped flat on the back so did not damage the glass.

What I am seeing now is sometimes the display will light up & function normally but only for a few seconds - then it flickers on & off a few times then goes dark. The device is still running, I can see the wifi connection on my access point connections list.

So - there appears to be a connector inside that is now very loose. How hard is it to locate something like this? Or would it be better to send out for repair?

Thx,

Buster
