I am having trouble with Bluetooth pairing on the SoundLink Mini.
My device will not connect/pair with the speaker (or the speaker can't find my device). I want to listen to music, but it just will not connect. Please help!

1. Make sure the software on your speaker is up to date.
2. Reset your speaker using these steps: On the speaker, press and hold mute for 10 seconds, the LEDs will flash briefly. Then press Power to turn the speaker back on.
3. Make sure your device is within 30 feet from the speaker.
4. Make sure your device is in bluetooth mode.
5. Check your devices pairing list and make sure your speaker is the one selected.
