3 I plug my phone in but it doesn't charge...
I just plugged my phone in and it doesn't seem to be charging. I turned my phone on and off and nothing changed. Also I blew into the charge port to see if their was a blockage, nothing changed. Help!!!

If your phone is not charging the problem may be with your charger. Try another Micro-USB cable and see if it solves the problem. If that doesn't work you may need to replace your battery. Check the troubleshooting page to see how you can do this.
