Camra won't turn on and the lens is out. I changed batteries

My camera won't turn on and when I press the power button the cyber-shot window comes on for a second then goes off again. I have replaced the batteries and still no power. The lens is out also.

Grace Daughenbaugh, it is possible that this is caused by a lens error (extended lens). Check on here to see if those tricks work for you. Ultimately I would start by replacing the lens use this guide for that.
