dropped my s4, screen not cracked but is black with green dots.

So i have an S4 I337 (which i understand is not quite the same as an I9500 etc). I dropped it, the screen is not cracked anywhere, but it's obviously still fubarred. It is black with little green dots everywhere. Phone is on, charged, battery and sim were pulled, the two lights/buttons at the bottom on either side of the home keys light up, it rings and i can hear notifications etc, but i'm unable to swipe or see. I'm on my way in to the Rogers store to deal with the fact that I paid for a protection plan and they now don't have it on file even though i have the receipt. My question is this: am i able to plug a headset/handset into the audio jack and at least answer calls, even though i believe most of my functions were off (ie bluetooth, voice controls etc)? I should just be able to plug em in and answer calls right?
