IOS9 slide to upgrade!

Okay so i tried to update my mums phone to IOS9 and it was going fine and then there's the slide to upgrade problem...

So I connected it to iTunes and finished update and restored the phone that's where I made a mistake! I reset the whole phone and then I set it up and the slide to upgrade was back again.

I'm trying to restore backup but every time I try to it says find my iPhone is on so I go to icloud.com and sign in and remove my device but it still comes up.

I've tried turning on and off the laptop to see if the problem was their but no!

Please help I have no phone now as mum has mine I've been 4 days without a phone and I really need it please help anyone???

You may need to visit an Apple Store to get this resolved. While you may not like hearing that it maybe the only way.

Did you review this Apple T/N: If the Slide to Upgrade screen won't go away after you update to iOS 9

From what I gather the iPhone 4s is the one encountering this the most. Its still early hopefully Apple can patch things so others don't have problems.

Good news! Apple released a new update (9.0.1) which will resolve your problem. Just put your iPhone in restore mode (not DFU) and press update. The phone will update and no data will be lost.
