Why my tomtom does not respond
My Tomtom is not responding , I tried pressing the button for 15 sec ,and charge the battery , the screen now is on the legal notice I should be able to press on "I Agree ", but when pressed is not responding

Adel, could be an issue of your touchscreen not responding. The first thing you want to do is what the manual recommends:" In rare cases, your TomTom XXL navigation device may not start correctly or
may stop responding to your taps.
First, check that the battery is properly charged. To charge the battery, connect your device to the car charger. It can take up to 2 hours to fully charge the battery.
If this does not solve the problem, you can reset the device. To do this, press and hold the On/Off button for 15 seconds and release the button when your device begins to restart."
There are really not a lot of test you can do. If your touchscreen continues to fail, you may have to replace it.
