How to restore all my info

My daughter plugged her iPod touch 5th gen into the computer to download songs from iTunes and it changed all her information to her sister's iPod Nano. How can we restore the iPod touch?

Well, if you don't have a backup saved in iTunes to restore from you're out of luck for the most part. The other option is to shell out a hefty fee to send the device into a data recovery lab.
