eject button beeps but not eject disc
hello
i have problem with my ps4 eject button , its beeps but not ejecting my disc , but i can eject the disc from the option menu .

I have ps4. But my electricity whent and came back, since then my ps can only beep at the eject Bolton. Please any idea on what to do please I need help

I would check all of the gears to make sure that the laser is dropping properly to eject the disc.
