My Z3 the touch screen is not work
But I change the new one , it still not work, and I have replace the new main cable form mb.
Well this is same case, nothing work for the touch screen, what can I do now????

It is possible that the Flexcable was damaged while replacing the LCD or was damaged at the time you received it.
Those flexcables are very sensitive. If you bend it too much or handle them rough, they may get damaged.
You should order a new LCD-Unit and test it on your phone. I can recommend you to wear some gloves to prevent damage through electrostatic charge. Handle the LCD-Unit and the flexcables very carefully to prevent damage.
If the new LCD-Unit still is not working for you, you can send it back to the seller and get your money back...
