TV will not turn on
I have power to the power board. Not sure what is suppose to be output on the other connections. All fuses on power board are good. I have no power light and no display.

Isaac, since you do not hear the relays clicking on, unplug the TV and place your volt-meter on pin 6 of connector P6 (black on ground and red to the pin. I know you know this just making sure;-) Plug in the TV but do not turn the power on. You should have 5V on that pin, if you do not, then you most likely have a bad P board.
update
Isaac, not yet;-) Since you have ~5V on the connector it may not be your P-board. Unplug the TV and disconnect A1 on the A-Board. Plug in the TV but do not turn the power on. If the relays click now when you plug the unit in, check the wires between A1 and K1. If these are okay, your issue is the K-board. If the relays do not click replace the A-board.

Assume! That's the kind of info I was after :p. I checked the P6 pin 6 and I have 4.99 vdc. So at least that part is correct. I also checked the other end of the cable where it lands on the main board and at the board itself. Thanks for all the info guys! Guess I'll start with the main board and see what I have then.
Ok, checked your next step and still nothing. So just to double check, with A1 disconnected on plugging in the power I have no relay actions. So that's most likely the main board(A board)? Unless you have more goodies for me of course. This is actually kind of cool. I'm usually the one walking a coworker or friend through AC/BMS issues. It's like Im learning all over again. Thanks again for the help.
Yes Sir, if the relays do not click after you unplug A1 connector and plug your set in, but do not turn it on, than it is most likely the A-board.

Hi from reading the question and then all the comments, I can think of one thing that might be the problem, in the power supply for the TV, you said that you checked the fuses, but are all the capacitors fine? Are all of the flat on the tops of them? Make sure that none are swollen or bulging on top, and that none of them look popped or have any corrosion coming out of the bottom, I have had to replace a lot of TV power supplies with swollen caps

Yes I did a visual inspection of both the power board and main board. I found no visible signs of any issues. I know that doesn't mean they are good. I run across large caps that look just fine but have no value when checked or are weak.

Isaac, are you saying that you have no front LED or any other sign of power anywhere? where and how did you check that you have power to the board? Looks like there are at least 4 fuses on the board. If you unplug the TV then plug in the TV but DO NOT TURN THE POWER ON, do the AC relays click after the TV is plugged into the AC line? Post some good images of your boards with your question so we can see what you see.

I checked power at the cannon plug where it plugs into the board. I use a Feildpeice multi-meter. No expert but I do HVAC and building management diagnosis and repair. So I'm not totally lost... Just mostly :)

Apparently my iPhone does not like t add images in this. I do not hear any relays when I plug in the power cord. I have no led on the front at all. The power switch does nothing. I assume some power should be outputting somewhere off the board when powered even if it is off. Some of what I have found on this TV suggest that the main board being bad can cause it to not turn on at all as in my case. I know I had a surge hit the HDMI's and at one point the component input still worked.

I have this exact issue with this exact TV. Basicly my set will not turn on and there is no blinking light, however when I unplug it from the wall, wait 2 seconds and plug it back in, I can hear a faint click when I press the power, it sounds similar the sound that is usually makes when I press the power button, only quieter and shorter in duration. Although the TV is plugged into a power bar, it's important to point out that I coincidentally discovered the TV was dead a day after my neighbour accidentally with a hedge trimmer cut one of the 2 main power lines coming into my house...I gather that because the surge light is on on the power bar that the surge was too much to handle and it go through to the TV.
