I Pad air sceen problem grey bars new screen fitted

hi everyone recently my i pad air screen cracked so i replaced it with a new screen however upon repairing this it powers on but i know can only see these grey bars on parts of the screen does anyone no the solution. i should add i did slightly damage the lcd screen there is a small triangle with dead pixels not sure if the lcd would possibly need replaced.
