Screen is not normal, way too bright, hit on floor

Yesterday, i droped my tablet into the floor. Theres no cracks or scratches on the screen. When i turned it on the screen, wallpaper, and icons arent the color its supposed to be. Everything seems to be brighter and no its not the brightness, i turned it off, on shut down. If anyones knows what is wrong with it plz help
