Spark when cooking range is on, fuse blown. Need help.

I have a Whirlpool Electric Range ( http://www.whirlpool.com/-[WFE524CLBS]-1021746/WFE524CLBS/ ).

When cooking the other day, there was a spark in the back and the fuse was blown. On turning things back, it works for a few hours, and again a spark and the fuse got blown. Attached are the pictures of the back side where its burnt.

Can you please suggest what can be done to fix it ? Thank you for reading the question.
