Replaced a cracked iPhone screen everything works fine except the cameras, I open the camera app and it just stays black on both cameras it does this on other camera apps, but the loudspeaker and proximity sensor work fine, the inside of the phone has a sort of whitish powder that reminds me of corrosion, the customer said the phone was a networking problem before hand, what do I do?

Did you try doing a soft reset on it?
Try doing a soft reset on it first then see if the cameras come up working!
If this does not work try new cameras front and back, and if that is not working then it is water damage problem if there's any kind of corrosion around the plug-ins most likely that is your issue
