Mic Int/Ext does not work

I Have a Canon 5D mArk II. My Mic Int/Ext does not Work. I brought it to repair some months ago and now I discover that. maybe they forget to reconnect a sock. What can I do? Is someone able to help me?

HI, I also had this problem, it was a humidity problem, came inside and made bad contacts. Unsuccessfully tried to repair by myself. I had it repaired for 70€. Good luck
