remove the memory card and try it again. sometimes the cards are messing with the phone.
if that won't work, reset the phone (i would first try the reset in the settings menu!)
a firmware update is always a good way to get rid of problems

Dont update your phone. Hard Reset it .
Turn your phone off. Push the camera , green , red and power button simultaneously. Hold em. Wait for nokia to shake hands.
Voila. Problem solved.
