The magnetic cable used to charge the phone on the left side of the panel would clasp on currently onto both magnetic prongs but the phone won't charge unless I hold the charging cable down with my fingers or have it charge at a certain angle to get a charge.
Please help me, is there a way to fix this?
I have the exact same problem! z3 phone is new, i have 2 magnetic charging cables, and the sony dock . . . same problem with all of these: the phone only charges if the connector is at an exact angle, which is only achieved with my fingers, as soon as i put the phone down the charging stops :-(
very disapointing.
any suggestions?
