My touch Screen stoped working after 2 days

i bought my Asus Zenbook UX303L, about a week ago, the day after i bought the computer, tghe touch screen stoped working. i did a full Factory reset, wich means im restarting the computer to fatory mode (Your computer is in factory mode, when you start it for the first time). so i did the reset, but the Touch screen still not working. today i was taing a look at the Laptop's specs, when i noticed: Touchscreen Not Avalible For The Screen.i have been looking alot in the Device manager, and i also noticed there was no touch screen Device installed on the Computer. This is anoying. i used $1272 on the computer = All my money = 10 000 Nok (Nok = Norwegian Money)
