Black screen, not working after repair.

Hello I replac the fan on my eee PC after it stoped working and now the pc is not turning on. I get the blue light to turn on and I see some lights at the bottom of the base but the screen dosnt turn on. No lighting at all just black. Any ideas what happened and how to fix it? (No cables or cords where damaged)
