Can my ZTE ZMAX shattered screen be fixed?

I dropped my ZMAX phone from about 2 feet up and it landed face down. It is shattered pretty good at the top of screen and then just one crack going through entire screen. It was only the second time I had dropped it. Can it be fixed or replaced affordably or would my money be best spent on a new, or different phone?
