Get Data off cell with broken Micro USB Port and broken Digitizer

Samsung S III SGH-1747M has broken Micro USB port. (I have had to buy an extra battery and external battery charger and have not been able to backup the data.)

Recently the screen (which had already cracked) does not respond to touch and only half of the screen is visible. The buttons on the phone still respond.

Any suggestions for how to get the data off of the cell phone itself?

The external memory card popped out when it was dropped and I want to salvage whatever information I can off of the device itself. Two months left on contract with this phone but am not looking to fix it unless I absolutely need to, in order to obtain the data.
