Sounds like your disposal has seized up. This video explains how to get it back into working order. You should have been provided with a hex wrench for your model when it was installed. Don't forget to cut the power to the disposal on your circuit breaker before you start the repair. Has anything fallen into the disposal (silverware, etc.)?
