Why won't my iPAQ turn on?
My iPAQ won't turn on. It needs to stay plugged in to work and when i disconnect the charger, it powers off.

I have another question then - should iPaq work without the battery connected? Mine doesn't and I'am trying to figure out whether it's a battery only or a battery + cable/port issue
