I changed glass on this now I can't get any lcd picture

If you disconnected the LCD cable to do the repair it may not be seated correctly in its connection to the logic board. If you have already tried reseating the LCD cable more than once and still have no picture than the LCD was likely damaged. Did you hear or see any cracking on the display when replacing the glass? If so you will need a new LCD. Where you replacing the digitizer or just the glass? Replacing just the glass is tricky and many people end up damaging the digitizer and LCD on accident. If you were using a heat gun or other source of heat then the display may have gotten to hot which can damage the LCD or digitizer too. You could also try doing a hard/factory reset on the phone which may solve the problem if it is software related. Back up your data before trying a factory reset to avoid loosing your saved data. I would guess the LCD needs replaced but hopefully not. Hope this helps and best of luck on the repair.
