iTunes wants to connect .

I was trying to update to the the IOS 8.3 , becasue i have IOS 7.1 . It said verifying update and then it turned off . Now it says to connect iTunes . What do i do for my ipad not to to say connect to itunes .

Unfortunately, it sounds like in the process of updating your iPad had an error and entered recovery mode. At this point, the only way to reload the iPad is to connect it to iTunes on a computer using the USB cable.
