My phone dropped in water and I can only answer my phone i cant see my screen

Darcy Bellegarde, at this time my advice to you would be to no longer try to start or charge your phone. You will have to treat it the same way you would any other submerged device. Remove the battery, and disassemble is right down to the logic board. clean everything with isopropyl alcohol (90%+) and a soft brush, including all connectors and cable ends. Use this guide to see how to clean it. It was written for a 3G but all the points are pertinent to your phone as well. Check for any burned or missing components. You may have to repeat this step a couple of times. Once it is cleaned, reassemble it and replace the battery, then reevaluate for any real damage. It is possible that your LCD got damage but right now, anything will only be a guess. The longer you wait the more corroded it will get. Hope this helps, good luck.

Water is a major problem for a phone or any electronic device. If you can still answer calls and hear people on the other side the maybe only the screen has been affected. Once falling in water, oxidation begins and can really damage the electronic systems.
Your screen is probably damaged beyond repair, but the good news it that you can easily get your screen replaced. The important part is to find a reliable repair service. Also keep in mind, cheapest is not the best when it comes to repairing a mobile device.
