2 Where can I get my kindle repaired?
the right hand button that moves the pages forward has stopped working. where can i go to get it repaired?

This happened to me but when I hard reset it, ie hold power button for about 60 secs, it fixed it.

I have a series 4 kindle and the female end of the charger needs to be replaced is there someplace i can send this?

Tried resetting with 60 second hold. That didn't work. Where is a phone # for Amazon support? Since others have the issue it is a Kindle problem.

I just read about the 60 second hold from Your Post.I thought it was worth a try. Whoo Hoo !!! It solved my Kindle`s problem.Sorry it didn`t work for You,but thanks for the knowledge.

Well, You could try calling Amazon support and see what they say or you could take it to your local phone repair place. Ask them if they would fix it. Best of luck.

now it scrolls ahead several pages
