screen turned to high contrast/all dark uped images.

I dropped mt tab a few cm and when i picked it up and open it all the image on screen is darkened up. just like when you are reversing colors. But sometimes when i hold it firmly/rotate the original color returns for 1-2 seconds then it will go back again to the high contrast. help please
