Why can't my remote and camera not pair

My camera and Wifi remote cant seem to pair. I have tried everything seen on you tube, but it keeps saying no cam , cam Busy. When i turn the remote on it continuosly shows the wifi logo, and it cant even seem to pick up the screen of what the camera screen is showing.

Please can someone suggest if its broken or whether there is a simpler way to connect it together?
