Ring Tones are Locked and will not sound

Please Help!

I noticed that my phone was receiving calls and messages but the ringtone was not sounding.

I went to the Sounds Settings and noticed that every ringtone has a red "lock" symbol next to it and none of them will work.

How can I fix this? Vibrate is the only function that works.
