Do you repair cracked iPod Touches?
My IPod Touch is cracked near the upper camera and also my power button does work.
Yes, iPod iTouch screens can be repaired. They are a little more difficult to repair versus an iPhone, but can still be accomplished. Here is a link to the part on iFixit: iPod touch (5th Gen) Screen. Also, I don't know if you meant your power button does or doesn't work, but here is the link to the iFixit parts for the power button as well: iPod touch (model A1421 5th Gen) Volume and Power Cable.
Hope this helps and please keep us updated on your progress.
Any iDevice can be repaired, some are more difficult than others. iPods are especially difficult.
I have come to find, if one of the edges is dented in and that is why the glass is cracked, it is extremely difficult (if not impossible) to repair correctly. This is due to the screen not having enough surface area to bond with adhesives to the iPod itself. It usually results in the new glass popping off later on.
