Can't download pictures to my computer
Hi I used to be able to download pictures from my BLU to my computer now it won't do it. Cna you help?

Have you tried a different cable?
Have you tried a different USB port on the PC?
Can you still charge the phone OK?
If the answer to all the above is yes, then visually inspect the USB port on the phone, using a strong light and a magnifying glass. Check that all the pins are there, especially the middle ones (if the phone charges OK the 2 outside pins are OK). Check that they are all straight and parallel with each other. Also check that there is no lint or debris of any kind in the port. If there is use a vacuum cleaner to try and suck it out. Do NOT use a metal probe of any kind to try and remove it. You may damage the pins or cause problems with the phone. If vacuuming doesn't dislodge the obstruction, try using a wooden toothpick to gently remove it.
If it is clear, try installing the Windows USB drivers for a BLU R1HD. (if your computer is running Windows that is). Here is a link. Scroll down to BLU R1 HD USB Drivers for normal connecting to PC

Can we have some more details? How were you downloading the pictures before, was it via the USB cable? Is the phone not showing up on your computer when you plug it in? Or are you using a syncing service?

I'm using a usb cable. And no my phone is not showing up on my computer
