1 Why is only half of the screen displaying a picture?
After turning on the device it only shows parts of the screen why?

If only half of the screen is showing a picture, the LCD display is most likely either poorly wired or burnt out. That means if re-wiring doesn't fix the problem, then you will most likely need to replace the display.
