I have a negative one error on my iPod.

I have negative one error on my IPOD. I was trying to update my music when this error came up. I took it back to the local Apple store and they said they could not help me. The IPOD was working fine before I tried to update the music. A picture comes up on the screen showing a cable trying to plug in to the IPOD.

If you have an iPod nano first generation , you can send it back to apple and get a newer version. There is a recall on the first gen nano where Apple will replace it for free.
