Well, sadly I've dropped my lumia 1520. After the fall touch panel doesn't work as well as glass is fully destroyed.Lcd screen works just fine. Can I actually replace only my touch screen with glass, or I should buy the whole module instead?It is pretty expensive.If i should buy the whole module where can I buy it?

You can replace the glass only, but it requires professional tools and skills as it's pretty difficult and risky. Usually it's not recommanded. While replace the whole unit is much easier, even the official tutorial guide suggests so. Hey Sayar, if your LCD still displays well, then you can replace the digitizer only. But as I've mentioned above, it requires professional tools like: LCD separater, molybdenum wire, LOCA etc. You can search on Youtube to learn what others do to replace the glass only. As for the parts from China, my local repair shop recommends this store (apparently they buy all their parts from them). I've bought from them a few times, and have never had any problems, so I think if you buy from well known and respected shops you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

That's one part of touchscreen, which is not covered by the frame, and what you seen is blue from outside.
